FNK Services India Pvt. Ltd. uses the following quality control procedures;
  • Quality Measurement Forms are filled in by each Site Supervisor.
  • Work Register is maintained by each Site Supervisor.
  • On-the-job training is provided to each new employee for 80-100 hours.
  • All employees are neat and clean in appearance, uniformed, having identity cards, registered under P.F. / E.S.I.C. / Profession Tax.
  • Only ISO 9001:2000 and India approved solutions are used for the cleaning activity unless specified by the customer.
  • All equipment used is of the highest standard and quality and is purchased from registered vendors with high ratings in the supplier evaluation.
  • Hazardous activities are reduced to the minimum by using latest high access systems and other safety equipment.
  • Work Reviews and Assessments are provided to the customers regularly.
  • Customer Feedback Forms are collected on an annual basis.

Training

New employees will be trained in this facility during their initial New Employee Orientation (NEO) so they can be successful in their new jobs and start work in a professional technique. This will help them to be more efficient and effective as well as to understand safety procedures, Material Safety, Data Sheets and other important safety guidelines. Veteran employees will also be trained or re-trained in this facility as needed.

  • Phase – I : Basic Training : General Awareness, Grooming, Hygiene, responsiveness, Commitment etc.The facility will feature a classroom where the employees will be given instruction on cleaning methods, procedures, cleaning frequencies and equipment so everyone will be trained in the safe and professional way.
  • Phase – II : Trade Training : Dry Mopping, Wet Mopping, Floor Cleaning, façade cleaning, Common Area, Conference / Meeting Rooms, Toilets, Lobbies etc.The trainer also feature hands on training, where employees can be shown the proper way to do clean restrooms, carpet, cabins, hard surface floors, etc. There will also be hands-on-training on custodial equipment such as carpet extractors, floor scrubbers, chariot vacuums and all other equipment used by the custodial staff.
  • Phase – III : Technical Training : Handling and general maintenance of Cleaning machines.
  • Phase – IV : Safety & Conservation Training : Introduction to SAFETY & handling the range of Cleaning Material & Chemicals and Material Conservation.
  • Phase – V : Personality Development Training : Mannerism, Pro-activeness, Commitment to Value Addition.
